About Chef Sur Place

My name is Ben Snook and I have worked in the catering industry for over fifteen years. I did my first ski season at nineteen years of age and fell in love with the mountains and the way of life. After working nine seasons as a chalet chef I decided to move to Morillon full time with my wife and daughter and now live in the Grand massif year round and offer private catering services. 

At Chef Sur Place I aim to source my ingredients as locally as possible and use fresh seasonal produce whilst helping other small businesses
